We offer all customers a 14-day money-back guarantee. You don’t have to give us a reason. We are a service business, so after our service is consumed, we do not necessarily have to provide a refund. However, we give this refund to give you peace of mind because we believe in our service – 110 per cent.
We always have a small group of customers trying to take advantage of it. But they are in the minority. The vast majority of our customers have integrity, and so do we. If you are unhappy for any reason or decide our service is not for you, then please email us at email@example.com, and we will process your refund.
We would love to know what we can do to make you happy, or what we can to improve our service. However, you are not obliged to give us a reason if you cancel within 14 days of joining.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Are you sure you want to cancel? We’ll be sad to see you go! You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time to stop further charges. Please note, this will not automatically refund any new or recent recurring charges.
Follow these steps to cancel your recurring subscription and revert to a free Basic account:
Log in to your account and go to your “Account Settings”
Click the button to “Stop Recurring Membership”
Follow the instructions on the page to confirm cancellation
You’ll receive a confirmation email after a successful cancellation. Please note: when you cancel your membership, you will still have access until it expires.
To completely close your www.gcse.co.uk account and be removed from the site, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does GCSE.CO.UK offer refunds?
Cancel Subscription: If you just want to cancel your membership subscription to avoid next month’s charge, you may cancel your paid subscription logging into your account and then clicking the cancel subscriptions link/button.
Refund Request: You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com and your request will be processed.
Apple Store Purchases: All in-app purchases must be managed directly through Apple. Please contact them directly: https://www.apple.com/support/
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your membership subscription, you can contact us for further help by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Contact must be made within 14 business days of purchase date and will be subject to review.
Please Note: Refunds can never be provided more than 14 days after the initial purchase date regardless of your activity on the site.
